With a partner perform the following:
60 Box jumps
60 Kb swings
60 Pull ups
60 Jumping lunges
60 V ups or ab mat sit ups
60 Push press
60 Good mornings
60 Hang power cleans
60 Push ups
60 Double unders

**Partners must perform 5 synchro burpees upon completion of each movement**
