Partner one rows 500 meters
Partner two does
5 jumping pull ups
7 box jumps
5 push ups
7 v ups

At the completion of 500 meters partners switch. Pick ups where partner left off. Score is rounds plus reps completed.
2 minute rest

7 minutes of
Partner 1 rows 150 meter
Partner 2 accumulates burpees to target switch every 150 meters
Score is total burpees
Rest 1 minute

You go I go
4 minutes to accumulate score of total strict pull ups
