Minute 9:00-15:00
Partner A rowing for meters
Partner B running 200M
The partner running is the timer. Score is total meters rowed.

Minute 15:00-18:00
I go, you go AMRAP of push-ups. Score is total push-ups completed.

BUY OUT: each partner must complete the following:
150 bicycle kicks
100 abmat sit ups
50 russian twists
Partner not working towards their total is holding plank.
