P1: mile on assault bike (timer)
P2: 135/95, 95/65
3 back squat
6 lunges (back rack)
10 lateral jumps over bar
P3: 10 wallballs
20 sit ups

Accumulated rounds for each is score

Together: run 800
Into-
10 minutes to establish 1rm deadlift. Score is combined total of last successful lift
