0-20min
Partner 1: 1 squat, 100m run
SWITCH
Partner 2: 2 squats, 100m run
Increasing reps for squats by 1 each round.  

20-40
Partner 1: 1 squat, 1 push-up, 100m run
SWITCH
Partner 2:  2 squats, 2 push-ups, 100m run
Increasing reps for each movement by 1 each round.

40-60min
Partner 1: 1 squat, 1 push-up, 1 pull-up/pull-up alternative*, 100m run
SWITCH
partner 2: 2 squats, 2 push-ups, 2 pull-ups
Increasing reps for each movement by 1 each round.

*pull-up alternatives:
Jumping pull-ups
Ring rows
Bent over row BB/DB
