Primer: wall walk + ring row + single leg box step up (1+7+5each leg) x 5 min amrap

Lift:
3 strict press + 1 pp + 1 split jerk
Start at 65% of pp x5s or 15 min cap

WOD:
P1 : ME Reps back squats
P2 : 100 m run + 5 box jump overs (timer)

Each team will need to complete 100/150 back squats Total. Try to complete same number of reps. Weight anywhere from 50-70% dealers choice.

Score is total weight combined + time to completion.Ex-Sarah 200lb + Stefan 150lb = 350
