Who: Kids in grades 6-12
When: Wednesdays 3-4pm. October 6-27
This class is designed to take High School kids and athletes to the next level! We will develop strength, power, endurance and skills that can be transferred over to any athletic field, court, mat, pool, or arena. If you are looking to take your athletic performance to the next level, or just want to get strong and fit this is the place for you! We will use multiple tools to improve functional movements. The teen classes run with the guidance and instruction of certified, energetic coaches.
