Lift: Hang snatch + OHS (1+2)
Start @ 75% x5s or 15 min cap

Wod: 12 min emom (every other min)
Min 1 – 10 back squats
Min 2 – 10 HSPU

155/105 – 135/95 – 95/65

Buy out : 4 min core test
Hold plank till fail then into Superman till fail. Continued work for entire time.
