It’s time to go beyond the workout and look inside! By participating in my lifestyle program we’ll look at nutrition and lifestyle habits to make you a healthier, happier you. I want to help you live full, happy lives.
- Learning Time: At our initial meeting it will be a time for both us to learn about one another. Mainly I will learn about you and the ways I can help with your goals. It will also be an opportunity for me to see or hear the types of things you keep in your cupboards or reach for regularly. From this meeting where I learn about you I’ll be able to come up with ideas to help you reach your goals.
- Accountability: Everywhere you go I go, rather, everything you eat – I see! Every day, morning, noon and night; good, bad or ugly, you have to send me what you’re eating. Through seeing your food choices I will be able to help you improve or modify some of the choices. I will also be able to help you make the right decisions.
- Real Life Moments: I will be at your fingertips when you go to the grocery store or a restaurant. You can lean on me to make the right choices.
- More than just food… this program is more than just food. There are so many other factors affecting you’re eating habits. It’s time to take a look at your lifestyle habits to help you be healthier all around! I don’t want you to just eat better and lose weight I want you to feel better.
Cost for 1st 6 weeks: $300
Maintain Program: $50 per month (not as much critique work, but more the accountability factor only.)
Health and wellness is my passion. For the past 2 years I’ve had the privilege of teaching at Canandaigua Cross Training with amazing participants and the strongest coaches. Prior to that I was at the Canandaigua YMCA teaching for 7 years. It is an honor to take my passion to the next level with nutrition. I have a certificate in nutrition and healthy living from Cornell University, 2018; Rockstar Spinning Instructor certified, 2018; ISSA Personal Trainer, since 2016. Currently my full time job is at URMC Center for Employee Wellness where I’m surrounded by registered nurses, nutritionists and exercise physiologist.
As far as nutrition experience, I have been working with several clients this past year, who haven’t just lost weight but been able to find an inner strength and confidence to overcome food and life hurdles. It’s not about the weight loss or gain; it’s about understanding the underlying situations to get to your end goal!
More than anything though I am a wife and mother to two rambunctious and loving boys. My boys are my world. Every day I work hard to be a healthy and strong mother to them.
