This is an awesome opportunity for kids grades 3-5 to discover that fitness and a healthy lifestyle is FUN! With high quality coaches to ensure SAFETY, children will be introduced to functional movements with games, obstacle courses, relays and more! This program can be used as a general physical conditioning method, off-season training or make lifting your child’s sport of choice. The Kids classes run with the guidance and instruction of a knowledgeable and energetic coach.  If you plan on using bus transportation from the school, a note is required.

Tuesday and Thursday from 4:00 – 4:45pm.
Payment is for an 8 week (16 class*) session.

*Each session does not guarantee a total of 16 classes.  We follow the Canandaigua School District calendar, so in the event of snow days, early dismissals or other school cancellations, there is no make-up day and no monies refunded.
