Description

This high energy, 60 minute instructor led class teaches basic functional movements with barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, body weight and other equipment. We’ll finish with a workout to leave you feeling Teen Strong. No experience needed, all levels welcome, and teens only ages 12-14.

Monday and Wednesday from 3:00 – 4:00pm.
Payment is for an 8 week (16 class*) session.

*Each session does not guarantee a total of 16 classes.  We follow the Canandaigua School District calendar, so in the event of snow days, early dismissals or other school cancellations, there is no make-up day and no monies refunded.
