This class is designed to take High School kids and athletes to the next level! We will develop strength, power, endurance and skills that can be transferred over to any athletic field, court, mat, pool, or arena.  If you are looking to take your athletic performance to the next level, or just want to get strong and fit this is the place for you! We will use multiple tools to improve functional movements. The teen classes run with the guidance and instruction of certified, energetic coaches.  If you plan on using bus transportation from the school, a note is required.

Tuesday and Thursday 3:00 -4:00pm.
Payment is for an 8 week (16 class*) session.

*Each session does not guarantee a total of 16 classes.  We follow the Canandaigua School District calendar, so in the event of snow days, early dismissals or other school cancellations, there is no make-up day and no monies refunded.

    My son has just finished his first session of Teen Strong and absolutely loved it! He said it was tough but a lot of fun. He wants to continue!
