“Totally Not a New Year’s Resolution” 6-Week On-Ramp

Join us for a 6 week introductory class for new members,  learning the basic mechanics and movements needed to help you move and feel better! Each class will begin with a customized warm up, skill and movement review,  followed by a workout and finishing with a stretch.  This is totally not a New Year’s Resolution! Our highly skilled coaching staff will empower you and prepare you to take on a lifelong journey of health, fitness, strength and overall wellness.

  • 6 weeks:  January 8 – February 14
  • Classes meet Tuesday (7pm), Thursday (7pm) & Sunday (10am)
  • Ages 16+
  • Registrations by January 2 will receive a free Canandaigua CrossFit tee-shirt!
  • Registration cut-off January 6
