Join us for a 6 week introductory class for new members, learning the basic mechanics and movements needed to help you move and feel better! Each class will begin with a customized warm up, skill and movement review, followed by a workout and finishing with a stretch. This is totally not a New Year’s Resolution! Our highly skilled coaching staff will empower you and prepare you to take on a lifelong journey of health, fitness, strength and overall wellness.
