New to CrossFit or fitness? No problem.
Our Foundations program has everything you need to get started in CrossFit. Our coaches and personal trainers will teach you how to do the movements in CrossFit safely and correctly, so that you can begin your fitness journey.
You’ll start with 5 classes where you’ll train 1-on-1 with a coach who will teach you each movement step by step. Once you’re ready, that coach will accompany you to your first class and help you get acclimated to class. Finally, you’ll be ready to go on your own, and our program includes 1 month of unlimited classes to start you on your fitness journey!

Step 1
Learn the Basics

You’ll work with a certifiedcoach who will take you step by stepthrough each CrossFit movement. You’lllearn how to do the movements safelyand effectively to optimize your fitnessjourney.
Step 2
Simulate Class

The last two classes of our Foundations programare run like a typical CrossFit class. Thiswill allow you to familiarize yourselfwith how classes run, so you’ll be fullyready for Step 3!

Get Fit!

At Canandaigua CrossFit, yourFoundations package includes 1 monthof unlimited classes to help you getin routine of fitness! You can take CrossFitclasses or any of our other class offeringsto start you on the road to fitness.
Our Foundations program includes:
- Five 1-hour classes with a certified coach learning the CrossFit movements.
- Your coach will accompany you to your first regular class
- 1 month unlimited membership to all our classes: CrossFit, Ground to Overhead, RowFit, The Hopper and more…
