NEW TO CROSSFIT OR FITNESS?

Our Foundations program has everything you need to get started in CrossFit.  Our coaches and personal trainers will teach you how to do the movements in CrossFit safely and correctly, so that you can begin your fitness journey.

You’ll start with 4 classes where you’ll train 1-on-1 with a coach who will teach you each movement step by step.  Once you’re ready, that coach will accompany you to your first class and help you get acclimated to class.  Finally, you’ll be ready to go on your own, and our program includes 1 month of unlimited classes to start you on your fitness journey!
