100 DU together (single unders)
200 sit ups
100 pull ups (RR or 50 reps)
100 DU together

50/40 cal ski/row/bike M/F
(you go I go)
200 power cleans 75/65 (100 reps)
80 TTB (40 or V ups)
50/40 cal ski/row/bike

(For middle movements both partners are working on separate movements switch when necessary.. when one movement is complete both partners with work “you go I go” before moving onto last cardio segment)
